When I'm painting, time just slips away. I saw the usual shows on TV back in the 80's and thought, if these guys can paint like "that" with big brushes, why can't I paint more detail with little brushes.

So the saga begins...
I took a course at the local tech school and behold after 3 classes students were working on the beginnings of some awesome pieces and I was still struggling with making Happy Clouds.    That was then....

Now, I look at someone or something and if I don't have the opportunity to paint it on the spot, I rely on my Digital Camera to bring the inspiration back to life in my studio.

I find the whole process of painting and photography intriguing and challenging. The paintings I have chosen to display on the site, represent a sampling of the broad range of my painting freedom. I hope that you find at least one favorite..... Thanks for visitng and hope you enjoy!
